Mission and Vision

Powering AI’s Future—Built in America

The AI-SCA is a coalition of companies building the physical systems that make AI possible, right here in America. From high-performance servers to advanced cooling solutions, our members span the ecosystem of AI deployment-ready infrastructure.

Together, we advocate for policies that expand U.S. manufacturing, strengthen critical supply chains, and ensure that America leads in AI.

Policy Priorities

Smart AI Policy Starts with Infrastructure

If the U.S. wants to lead in AI, we must build the infrastructure to support it. That means not just funding algorithms but ensuring we can deploy them at scale with American-made components.

The AI-SCA advocates for:

  • Expansion of U.S. manufacturing capacity for AI hardware.

  • Support for permitting, siting, and interconnection of data infrastructure.

  • Incentives for domestic deployment at speed and scale.

  • Supply chain resilience and workforce development programs.

Geographic Footprint

AI Infrastructure = Nationwide Economic Opportunity

AI-SCA members are located in every region of the country. Whether it’s server integration in Georgia, cooling manufacturing in Wisconsin, or a data center in Arizona, AI infrastructure means distributed opportunity in:

  • Urban and Suburban Innovation Zones

  • Opportunity Zones and Tax-Incentivized Districts

  • Legacy Industrial Corridors

  • Rural Innovation Corridors

  • Energy and Logistics Hubs

  • Brownfield Redevelopment Sites

  • Military and Federal Campus Redevelopment Sites
